Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Times
- Belgium & Netherlands: 5–10 business days
- Rest of Europe: 7–14 business days
- International: 14–21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your order in real time.
